About the event

MC - Dave Fensome: Known for his quick wit and imaginative material Dave is a staple of the circuit. He is a very well regarded MC with a reputation for being able to tame nearly any crowd.

His debut hour ADHDave, about a late diagnosis of ADHD in the midst of some very challenging life events, was a sell out hit across Brighton and Edinburgh Fringe festivals. It has recently been filmed for broadcast.

“Engaging and energetic. A must see" ★★★★★ - Latest Brighton

Jay Handley: Jay Handley used to make beautiful sculpted oak furniture before binning it all off to become a comedian instead! He performs all over the country at some of its very best venues. These include Indigo @ The O2, The Hackney Empire, The 99 Club, Top Secret Comedy Club, The Glee Club, Covent Garden, Backyard and many more!

He has been a regular at the Edinburgh Fringe since 2011 and performs a new solo-show back to back with his legendary late show every year at the Banshee Labyrinth.

'There are moments here that can go toe to toe with some of the funniest stand up skits I've seen' - (EdFringeReview.com)

LJ DA FUNK: Brighton and other Fringes legend LJ DA FUNK is the brainchild of Laughing Horse New Act of the Year finalist 2013, Zak Splijt. As LJ, he has since reached two Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year semi-finals and relishes the diminished success.

"There's a fine line between genius and insanity. LJ DA FUNK has crossed that line and kicked it to death" (The List)

"Relished every minute of it, an infectiously enjoyable quality." Steve Bennett (Chortle)

Kuan-Wen Huang: Kuan-wen stumbled upon stand-up comedy in Berlin during his break from a corporate career in November 2015.  He relocated back to Britain in summer 2016 to purse a career in comedy.

Often described as a fast-paced and an "effervescent" performer on stage, Kuan-wen blends his observations of a bewildered immigrant with his bubbly gay persona and other contrasting experiences -  a UK chartered accountant and tax advisor during the day, a lieutenant discharged from the Taiwanese army and a son of an elitist tiger mum.  Kuan-wen asks pertinent questions on gender, race, social classes and cultural differences and pokes fun at himself, his host country and pretty much everyone else.
